The power of your words can transform your Life
Use your powers for good, not evil, and watch your Life bloom 🌺
Welcome!
Thank you for joining me for another segment on the Journey towards Healing. I’m Rita, and I am a Healer and a teacher. It’s my calling to help people evolve, elevate and expand their thinking. I help people to Heal through natural modalities that fall outside of traditional medicine. That’s exactly what you will find here, so I hope you’ll stay!
Science and Metaphysics have both made strong cases for thought work. Real people are Healing from severe sickness and disease by transforming their thoughts. But how do those thoughts impact you once they leave your lips?
The power of your words to transform your Life
It’s said that we have anywhere from 6,000 to 10,000 thoughts every single day. With about 86,000 seconds in a single day, that means every eight to 14 seconds you are having a thought about something. Most of those are unconscious and pass beneath your awareness, others are powerful enough to break through. Regardless of how your thoughts occur, they can impact you deeply on a physical, emotional, Spiritual, and Energetic level.
How it all begins
Your brain is filled with neurons that connect to all the different parts of your brain and body. Consider these neurons like little roadways for information to travel on. The more a roadway is used, the more reinforced it becomes.
In other words, as a newborn baby your roadways start out like dirt trails. As information becomes reinforced, and you grow and learn, those dirt trails eventually become paved runways. The dirt trails that are used a little less frequently might transform into well-defined paths; they are safe to use, but not used frequently. The dirt trails that are used often will look more like paved runways. They are solid, sturdy, large, and ready to receive and transmit any passing information.
When thoughts occur, whether in your awareness or subconscious, they can come through on a dirt trail, well-defined path, or paved runway. The Law of Attraction tells us that like attracts like. This means that the more you experience a thought, the more likely you are to continue experiencing similar thoughts. The more often similar thoughts occur, the more well-defined that neural path will become.
Eventually the dirt trail for, say, positive thoughts about Self will grow and edify into paved runways, and it will become natural to have positive thoughts about Self. Similarly, the more often you have negative or detrimental thoughts, the stronger that neural path will become until it is natural, even easy, for negative and detrimental thoughts to push through to your awareness.
Thoughts are just words waiting to happen
Ghandi said it better than anyone with this:
Your beliefs become your thoughts; Your thoughts become your words; Your words become your actions; Your actions become your habits; Your habits become your values; Your values become your destiny.
Your word is filled with power. It consists of your spoken, written, and even nonverbal communication with yourself and the outside world.
Your intent manifests through your word. Your Creative power is expressed by your word. And your word is the power you have to create - Life, destiny, opportunity, support, action, and more.
Your word is a force of indescribable magnitude that serves to connect you to others through expression and communication. It shapes and creates every event in your Life.
Like a double-edged sword, your word can be used for good or for evil. You get to decide. When you begin to step outside of Ego and rewrite your internal script, so will you rewrite and rewire the thoughts and words you channel out into the world.
When you complain, curse, and think negative thoughts about yourself or others, you plant evil seeds of negativity into your fertile Mind. The seeds you plant are the seeds you will sow.
Do yourself, and everyone you encounter, a favor and plant beautiful, hearty, healthy seeds of Light. Begin by noticing your thoughts and thought patterns and transforming them one at a time.
Until next time,
